20 ClickFunnels Alternatives That Are Better Value For Money

ClickFunnels is an online sales funnel creator for building high-converting funnels and websites.

This tool is used by entrepreneurs and businesses that want to automate their sales process from start to finish.

I have used ClickFunnels since 2016, pretty much from the beginning.

But recently left for many reasons.

While admittedly they are drag and drop easy to use, they suffer from way too many problems to be a viable option for a serious marketer.

I’ll cover those towards the end of the post.

And beware the ClickFunnels kool-aid drinkers (there are a lots of them).

Assuming you have been on the end of their marketing, hold your horses.

I will provide some alternative options that are, in my opinion, better.

The Importance of Sales Funnels

A survey showed that marketers benefit from marketing automation using funnels [1].

Sales Funnels

It increases opportunities to up-sell (58%), saves time (74%), increases timely communication (58%), and increases customer engagement (68%).

Smart marketers have used funnels to get people familiar with their brand on social networks.

ClickFunnels, to their credit, realized this a while ago and made a drag and drop system to make funnel creation simple for all.

Since then, there have been tons of other tools released, many of them better and more reasonable than ClickFunnels.

If you want to start using a marketing automation system, and ClickFunnels does not exactly fit your needs and budget, consider these ClickFunnels alternatives.

The following tools will help you move from novice to professional in no time.

Where ClickFunnels Falls Down

To be fair, they do make it easy to create sales funnels.

It’s drag and drop simple.

Yet, the negatives are too many.

Don't Buy ClickFunnels

Firstly, it is overpriced.

And pages are slow to load up at times.

That’s ok for newer folk, but when you are sending traffic, you need faster loading pages.

From a marketing standpoint, they go way overboard for my liking.

There is a cliquiness.

Any bad word against it, and you get shot down lol

I had a personally bad experience when they changed my plan from being able to create 40 funnels, and reduced it to 20.

This was done without my consent and the support team denied my old plan existed at first.

They relented a bit when I showed proof (several years of payments) but they still refused to do anything.

So, I lost 20 funnels that I was actively using.

So my reasons not to get ClickFunnels include:

  • Price
  • Slow pages
  • Incessant marketing and upsells
  • As they host the pages, tracking can be off
  • Dishonest support [in my personal experience]

What I use Now

Of all the above options, I went with Elementor (pro).

I now use them on my sites, have found the tool to be easy to use, secure with good support.

In the past, Elementor was more focussed on adding new features, than important aspects like page speed.

elementor

But these days, they have improved immensely and are my go to tool.

The free option is fine, but you’ll need the pro to get all the advantages.

If you have the budget, Kartra is also a stellar option.

ClickFunnels Alternatives – Final Words

The options we’ve examined in this article are ClickFunnels alternatives.

You may use and love ClickFunnels, and that is fine.

You will still need to do your due diligence, as we all need and use different things.

That said, you can start building your funnels today using some of these tools to make the process smooth and easy.
