Adam, per Writesonic did you generate that 882 word article with the free plan? How many of those could you generate with the “10 credits” – what does that get you? For the $15 a month plan (100 credits – 50,000 words) what happens when you’ve generated 50,000 words – 25 – 2,000 word articles? Do they tell you you have to go up to the $45/month plan? Would this work for product reviews? Like typing in “xyz product review” and would it spit out an article? If you wrote that 882 word article with the Writesonic free plan, it’s hard to believe. I tried the free version of Quillbot – extremely limited – it would only produce a few sentences, and I didn’t think the content was very good. Writesonic impresses me more than Quillbot. One more question if you don’t mind – I already have a lot of PLR articles. Could I use Writsonic to rewrite those and/or make them longer – like turn a 500 or 600 word article into 2,000 words?

Yes I did but that pretty much ate up all the free credits. I’ll have to log back into the free plan and double check what’s left. For me, you cannot use any AI for a review as by default, it would not be a review. To me at least, a review needs to be 100% your own stuff. I guess you could use AI tools to craft a summary of functions though.
As for Quillbot, I think they are different. I use Quillbot to re-write, not write from scratch. And I have the paid version which comes with many more features. No tool is perfect though and for now, you still need the human touch.

I’ll make a video on this soon as Quillbot has an ‘expand’ version to make an article longer.
All this aside, I did really like WriteSonic.
quillbot now shows a plagiarism checker. Would you still use copyscape ?
Yes BUT it takes credits so if you use it a lot it’ll run out. Hence, Copyscape is a longer term solution that is cost effective IMO.

Are you manually assigning the H,H2 , paragraph etc. markups in your wordpress editor or do you have a method to do that before pasting text into your page.
Hi Bob, Many thanks and yes i did. I do the ‘assigning the H,H2 , paragraph’ manually myself. I’m getting a plugin made up to help with mass article uploads but the H2 tags is still a manual process.
I tried using Rytr and Copy AI to write a review of an Amazon product and it went off-topic a little too much and the output required too much editing on my part. After using these AI tools for several weeks, I came to the conclusion that they are great for writing overviews or listicles about popular topics such as weight loss and hypnosis but they are not very good at writing reviews of products.
Do you think that Jasper AI is any better at writing product reviews?
To be honest, I do not think any AI tools will be able to write a review due to the very nature of a ‘review’.
I think the only real way to do one, is to write based on your experiences (good or bad) and no tool can ethically do that.
While many of these tools have a ‘review writing’ section, I for one do not think they are good.
AS you said, for overviews or listicles, then AI tools really help save time, as does PLR.
Jasper AI, while being expensive is a great option and better than Rytr (but you pay for that).
Still do not think they should be used for reviews though.
